About the show
Gee whizz! Catch Daisy Pulls It Off at Park Theatre for a truly spiffing Christmas.
Buff up your patent Mary Janes and stride on down to Park Theatre. This Christmas North London’s popular fringe theatre puts on Daisy Pulls It Off. Written by Denise Deegan, the rip-roaring comedy lovingly pokes fun at the great tradition of English boarding school stories.
Fresh faced Daisy is the new girl in school – and that’s something no one wants to be. At Grangewood School for Young Ladies, Daisy is faced with endless pranks and challenges from an army of posh girls already in attendance. Luckily, Daisy isn’t one to give up easily. Accompanied by her best friend, Daisy pulls of the best trick of all… and saves the school in the process.
Deegan’s Daisy Pulls It Off previously played in the West End from 1983 – 1986. Produced by Andrew Lloyd Webber, it was performed at the Gielgud Theatre (then known as the Globe Theatre).
Paulette Randall directs this production of the comedy. The director previously worked on Five Guys Named Mo for Underbelly and Cameron Mackintosh. Her television credits include Holby City, River City, The Real McCoy and The Crouches.
Daisy Pulls It Off is presented by Go People in association with Park Theatre. The fun-loving Go People team were previously at the same venue with the sell-out show Almost, Maine.
