In the courtroom drama, Leonard Vole is accused of murdering a wealthy widow in order to inherit her wealth. With damning testimony provided by a succession of witnesses, it looks unlikely that Vole will be able to clear his name. But what will the outcome of the case be?
Olivier Award-nominated actor Catherine Steadman leads the cast. She may be best known as Mabel Fox in Downton Abbey. Jack McMullen joins her in the role of the accused, Leonard Vole.
Philip Franks, David Yelland, Patrick Godfrey, Roger Ringrose, Richard Attlee, Elliot Balchin, Alexandra Guelff, Miranda Horn, Jon House, Jules Melvin, Hywel Simons and also Alex Stedman complete the cast.
